Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

A tasty breakfast smoothie that can give you extra energy and helps heart health.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of plain yogurt (low fat)
1 banana
1/2 cup of almond milk
A teaspoon of honey (just optional)
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
